Karen is a Qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 10 years experience in all areas of Fitness
Qualifications include the following:
- Diploma in Exercise Science and Fitness Management;
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Certification in: Aqua Instruction, Performance Nutrition, Yoga Instruction, Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Specialist Programming, Punch Pad and Kick Pad Instruction, Core Stability,Yoga.
Karen strives for optimum results which require our own ongoing continuing education and her own personal fitness regime. She has worked across Sydney in various capacities over the past decade, having taught children, stay at home mums, the elderly and executive level. Karen is motivated, committed and practices the highest level of professionalism and dedication to her clients
